Whisperwoods sits in the southwest part of Collierville, in the 38017 zip code, south of Nonconnah Parkway (State Route 385). Its streets carry a shared naming theme that makes them easy to recognize, including Whisper Spring Drive, Whisper Sage Drive, Whisper Hollow Cove, and Whisper Trail. In local listings, the neighborhood shows up as Whisperwoods, sometimes with a phase number, in the Collierville Southwest area.

Because it is close to the 385 corridor, Whisperwoods gives you a fairly direct route west toward Germantown and East Memphis and east toward the rest of Collierville. Everyday errands along Houston Levee Road and Poplar Avenue are a short drive, and the Collierville Town Square is an easy trip for a weekend stroll.

Whisperwoods has a homeowners association. Recent listings show annual dues of about $900, and they mention a neighborhood pool, along with a lake and green space. Before you make an offer, ask for the current dues, a copy of the covenants, and any rules about fences, outbuildings, or exterior changes, since covenants in established Collierville neighborhoods often address those details.

For a sense of recent activity, one home on Whisper Spring Drive sold in May 2026 for $575,000, and another on the same street sold in July 2026 for $539,000, according to listing records. In early November 2026, a home on Whisper Sage Drive was listed at $549,000. Those are reference points from specific homes, not a prediction for any other house.

Schools and Practical Details

Homes in Whisperwoods are inside the Town of Collierville and are served by Collierville Schools. Third-party listing data shows Sycamore Elementary, Collierville Middle, and Collierville High for at least one address in the neighborhood, but school zones can change, so confirm any specific address with Collierville Schools directly.
