Why Buying Now Could Be Your Smartest Move in 2025

Kelly Day September 5, 2025

You don’t wait to buy real estate — you buy real estate, then wait.

Interest rates are higher, but so are home prices, insurance, and rent.
Sellers are offering rare concessions like buy-downs, credits, and repairs.
Once rates dip, demand will surge and competition will spike.

Renting just builds someone else’s wealth. Buying now locks in terms others may not get later.

I’m Kelly Day with simpliHŌM — where we make buying and selling a home simple.
