What’s Happening in Germantown, Collierville & East Memphis?

Hey Germantown, Collierville, and East Memphis homeowners! Want to know what’s happening in our local real estate market? Let’s break it down!

I’m Kelly Day with simpliHŌM, and here’s what you need to know if you’re thinking about buying or selling this spring.

Germantown:

• Active Listings: 160
• Average Sold Price: 37
• Days on Market: 421

Collierville:

• Active Listings: 211
• Average Sold Price: 52
• Days on Market: 675

East Memphis:

• Active Listings: 3,772
• Average Sold Price: 771
• Days on Market: 2,349

What Does This Mean for You?

• Sellers: Homes in our area are still in demand, but pricing correctly is key. Overpricing can leave your home sitting, while a well-priced home can sell quickly and for top dollar.
• Buyers: With more inventory on the market, you have more choices! But don’t wait too long—if interest rates dip, competition will heat up fast.

Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or just curious about your home’s value, I’d love to help. Send me a message, and let’s chat about your real estate goals!
