A real estate agent shakes hands with a man as another woman smiles beside a SOLD sign.

Should You Sell, Rent, or Wait in This Market?

Kelly Day September 9, 2025

Many sellers are freezing — some pulling listings, others renting out of fear.

New listings fell 3.2% this summer, the biggest drop in a year.
Year over year, listings are down 3.4%.
Buyers are still out there, but they’re picky.

Fear-based renting rarely builds wealth. With the right prep and marketing, selling can still win.

I’m Kelly Day with simpliHŌM — where we make buying and selling a home simple.
